Many of us also have & love dogs....here's my new favorite recipe for home-made "frosty paws":
1 banana
16 oz. plain yogurt
2 heaping teaspoons peanut butter -- ***It is critical when giving dogs peanut butter that you read ingredients every time and make sure there's no Xylitol (artificial sweetener) as it's extremely toxic to dogs....get the kind with good old-fashioned sugar in it!***
Blend all ingredients and pour into containers & freeze. I used ice cube trays and it's a perfect sized snack.

Blueberry Dump Cake
1 pint blueberries
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts work great)
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Place blueberries in greased pan (I use an 8"x8" glass baking dish or 6"x11" is recommended). Cover with drained pineapple. Cover with dry cake mix and scatter nuts on top. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
